Physicians are needed to write challenging clinical cases and judge how well AI models reason through them. The role suits doctors with hands-on or academic medical experience who can explain nuanced patient scenarios in clear writing. The work supports a Y Combinator-backed AI startup building tools for clinical decision support.

What you'll do

• Build realistic patient cases and decision points that test how AI systems handle medical judgment
• Review model answers for correctness, sound reasoning, and alignment with current guidelines
• Work with colleagues from other disciplines to tune how hard each case is and keep it true to practice

What you'll need

• An MD degree, completed or in progress, from an accredited school, plus a current license to practice in a recognized jurisdiction
• Demonstrated clinical or academic background in modern medicine
• Strong analytical skills and clear written and spoken communication
• Helpful extras: several years of specialty practice or research, experience creating medical education or training content, and some exposure to digital health or AI
