Senior Operations Expert (Supply Chain / Finance / Compliance)

Senior operations professionals with deep experience in supply chain, finance or compliance can use that knowledge to judge how advanced AI systems handle demanding, expert-level problems. The role suits practitioners who still work hands-on in their field and are good at explaining their reasoning in writing. The work is for an AI research company and focuses on evaluation, not on building software.

What you'll do

• Build realistic scenarios and problem sets drawn from your area of operations
• Write model answers and scoring rubrics that set the standard for strong work
• Review AI responses for accuracy, depth and sound professional judgment

What you'll need

• 8–12 years of experience in supply chain, finance or compliance operations, plus a bachelor's degree
• Current or recent practical work in the field, beyond purely academic involvement
• Clear, structured writing and comfort working on your own, remotely and asynchronously
• Helpful extras: professional certifications, experience reviewing or grading others' work, SAP or Oracle systems, FP&A modelling, or compliance audits
