The Personnel Management Officer position within ICE Health Service Corps, Enforcement and Removal Operations supports the Chief of Administration and Personnel Management Section in daily human capital activities for more than 1,600 USPHS Commissioned Corps officers, federal employees, and contract staff. This is a non-supervisory position. This position is only open to current USPHS officers. USPHS Call to Active Duty (CAD) candidates are not eligible for this position.

Active listening, sound judgment, integrity, and professionalism. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Cultural awareness and customer-service skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work requirement PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Work is primarily sedentary and includes extended computer and telephone use. Some walking, standing, bending, and handling of routine office materials may be required. Travel may be required for recruitment events, conferences, workshops, meetings, or temporary duty assignments.
