What you'll do

  • Write HR questions and case studies on areas like hiring, interviewing, performance reviews, workplace conflict, pay planning, onboarding and legal compliance
  • Review answers produced by AI models and give detailed written feedback on accuracy and alignment with sound HR practice and regulations
  • Work with HR and technical specialists to calibrate how demanding each task should be

What you'll need

  • A degree in HR, business administration or a similar field, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • A track record in HR with solid grounding in hiring, employee relations, pay and compliance
  • Strong analytical skills and precise, clear writing
  • A plus: several years across varied HR functions, policy or training work, or PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification

Good to know

  • Contract, remote and asynchronous, so you set your own hours
  • Listed pay is $50 per hour
