Scrum Master

Experienced scrum masters can use their facilitation know-how to shape how AI models respond to questions about agile teams. The work centres on writing realistic delivery situations and judging AI answers against what would actually help a software team. It suits practitioners who have run every agile ceremony and can explain their coaching choices in writing, and the role is with an AI data company that supplies evaluation material to leading AI labs.

What you'll do

• Write true-to-life agile scenarios covering the whole sprint cycle, from planning to the retro
• Produce model answers that explain the thinking behind each facilitation move
• Review AI responses for sound agile practice and awareness of team dynamics
• Call out guidance that looks right on paper but would hurt a real team

What you'll need

• Two or more years in a scrum master or agile lead role with software development teams
• Hands-on experience running the complete set of agile ceremonies
• Strength in team coaching, backlog management and clearing impediments
• Clear written English
• Nice to have: CSM, PSM or SAFe certification, multi-team coaching experience, or prior experience in development, testing or product ownership

Good to know

• Independent contractor engagement with ongoing project work
• Fully remote and asynchronous, with no fixed schedule
• Minimum commitment of 10 hours a week, with no upper cap
• $70–$110 per hour based on experience, paid out weekly through Stripe
• No screen recording or activity tracking
