Project Manager

This role puts project management experience to work on evaluating how AI models plan and deliver projects. You would write realistic project cases and review AI-generated plans for a company that builds evaluation data for frontier AI labs. It suits practitioners who have carried projects end to end and can explain their decisions clearly in writing.

What you'll do

• Write lifelike project cases that cover the full arc, from initial kickoff to final delivery and the retrospective
• Prepare model answers that show how you would plan, prioritize and weigh trade-offs
• Score AI responses on realism, completeness and awareness of stakeholders
• Call out plans that look convincing on paper but would break down in practice

What you'll need

• Two or more years managing projects with defined scope, budgets or stakeholders
• Hands-on ownership of complete project lifecycles
• Solid grounding in risk management, planning and communicating with stakeholders
• Clear written English and at least 10 hours a week to give
• A plus: PMP, PRINCE2 or similar certification, agile and waterfall experience, or program or portfolio work

• Independent contractor arrangement with ongoing project work
• Fully remote and asynchronous, with no set schedule
• At least 10 hours weekly, adjustable from one week to the next
• Pay of $80 to $125 per hour depending on experience, with weekly payouts through Stripe
