HR OFFICER (MILITARY)

THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION - PERMANENT. This National Guard position is for a HR OFFICER (MILITARY), Position Description Number NGD2123000 and is part of the Guam 254th Air Base Group, National Guard.

Qualifications

MILITARY GRADES: Officer: O1 - O4 COMPATIBLE MILITARY ASSIGNMENTS: Officer: 38F SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level (GS-11) that provided knowledge of military human resources programs, policies, and procedures. Experience must include planning, directing, coordinating, or administering military personnel programs such as force management, personnel readiness, recruiting and retention, mobilization and deployment, personnel systems, or manpower programs; analyzing personnel data and organizational requirements to identify trends, resolve complex personnel issues, and provide recommendations to leadership; interpreting and applying Department of Defense, National Guard Bureau, Army and/or Air Force personnel policies and regulations; and managing or supervising personnel functions through experience leading, directing, assigning, and evaluating the work of personnel.
