The work supports a leading AI lab that is improving how well its models handle practical software tasks.

What you'll do

  • Judge AI-written code on whether it works, how clean it is and how well it is designed
  • Build difficult programming tasks, along with model answers and test suites
  • Assess how the model reasons through debugging, architecture and system design questions
  • Write thorough feedback that helps the model get better at engineering work

What you'll need

  • Preferably a year or more as a software engineer at a top tech company, with some of that time in the last three years
  • A solid grounding in algorithms, data structures, debugging, and software architecture
  • Hands-on experience with code review and system design
  • The ability to explain your technical choices clearly in writing

Good to know

  • Contract engagement, fully remote
  • Candidates based in an English-speaking country are preferred
  • Pay ranges from $150 to $200 per hour
