Additional information about transcripts is in this document. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which include 1) Ensuring record management files are properly maintained; 2.) Following procedures to inspect supplies or equipment for discrepancies; 3.) Operating automated word processing equipment with hardware and software components to prepare a variety of materials such as correspondence, forms, reports, etc. and 4.) Maintaining property book in accordance with applicable regulations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06)
