MANAGER

You will serve as a Manager in the Contracting Department of NAVSURFWARFCTR PANAMA CITY DIVISION. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-06 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 and GS-15.

Qualifications

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-05 pay band (GS-13/14 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: exercising high-value or unlimited Contracting Officer warrant authority to strategically execute complex, multi-million-dollar procurements using FAR and non-FAR regulations across diverse contract types. This experience must also include leading a multidisciplinary contracting workforce through the entire contracting lifecycle process, and serving as a principal contracting advisor to SES directors and military flag officers in resolving high-stake differences and secure program alignment with regulatory compliance.
