Role: Technology Implementation Consultant (NHS/Healthcare) - Contract Role (Consulting background is preferred)

Day rate: £300-£450 Outside IR35

Project duration(s): 5 months, starting asap

Location: Hybrid, 2-3 days on-site in/around London or the UK

We’re supporting a healthcare transformation consultancy. They're looking for an experienced Tech Delivery/Implementation Consultant to support the deployment of the technologies across NHS organisations. You'll take a hands-on role in product configuration, testing, training and change management, helping clinical and operational teams successfully adopt the platform.

Tasks

• Lead the hands-on deployment and front-end configuration of cutting-edge products, including troubleshooting and resolving user issues
• Coordinate product testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), supporting test scripts, validation and requirements gathering
• Deliver product demonstrations and training to clinical, operational, super-user and service desk teams
• Manage implementation and change activities, including project plans, stakeholder engagement, process mapping, go-live readiness and transition to BAU

Requirements

• An independent consultant
• Demonstrable experience delivering technology implementations or digital transformation projects within the NHS
• Strong hands-on experience in product configuration, testing, training and supporting technology adoption
• Experience managing project delivery, stakeholder engagement and operational change within NHS Trusts
• Ability to work directly with clinical and operational teams, translating requirements into practical solutions and supporting successful deployment
