TECHNICIAN

You will serve as a TECHNICIAN in the Maneuver, Surveillance and Engagement Systems Division (MXP), Mobility Systems Engineering Branch (MXPQ) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The full performance level of NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13 and GS-14.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS-11/GS-12 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) executing and managing Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and configuration management on USMC, FOSOV, or equivalent tactical military mobility platforms; 2) overseeing Field Service Representatives (FSRs) or technical teams performing onsite maintenance, installations, and platform training; and 3) coordinating assets and schedules between Program Offices and Fleet Forces and briefing senior leadership during formal Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
