Supervisory IT Specialist (Missions Support Systems Division Chief)

This position is in the Department of the Chief information Technology Officer's Development and Operation Service, Product Development Office, Mission Support System Division. The Product Development Office (PDO) develops, modernizes, manages, oversees, delivers, and supports the judiciary's administrative and mission business systems. The PDO prepares systems for judicial operations by ensuring they meet business and end-user needs through rigorous testing, security, and training.

Qualifications

Applicants must have demonstrated experience as listed below. This requirement is according to the AO Classification, Compensation, and Recruitment Systems which include interpretive guidance and reference to the OPM Operating Manual for Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions. Specialized Experience: Applicants must have at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience which is in or directly related to the line of work of this position. Specialized experience is demonstrated experience in ALL of the following: Implementation and operation of systems, ensuring strategic plans are executed, and monitoring progress and changes to achieve results. Leading the design, development, deployment, and operations of new and existing systems, including managing project timelines, budgets, and resources allocations. Developing and implementing comprehensive strategic execution plans, conducting regular reviews and evaluations, and making adjustments. Facilitating communications and coordination with teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration and execution.
