DevOps Engineer

Experienced DevOps and infrastructure engineers can use their production know-how to improve how AI models handle real cloud and automation work. The role suits engineers who enjoy writing clean, working code and explaining their reasoning clearly. The contract supports a client project for an AI training company, and no background in AI is needed.

What you'll do

• Build realistic DevOps challenges drawn from production scenarios such as CI/CD pipelines, containers, Kubernetes, IaC, monitoring and incident handling
• Produce reference solutions that run, along with setup and verification steps
• Check answers written by AI models, pinpoint where they go wrong and explain the fix
• Hold every task to high standards for correctness and reproducibility, and give structured feedback on task design

What you'll need

• 3+ years of professional infrastructure, platform, SRE or DevOps engineering
• Solid programming skills in Python, Go, Bash or TypeScript, beyond simple scripting
• Hands-on work with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins, plus Docker, Kubernetes and AWS, GCP or Azure
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi or CloudFormation, deep Linux and Git skills, and professional-level English in writing and conversation

• Observability, security or open source experience, and prior AI evaluation work, are a plus
