Qualifications: All qualifications must be met by the closing date of this announcement-11/03/2026-unless otherwise stated in this vacancy announcement. To receive credit for experience, your resume MUST state either "full-time" (or "40 hours a week") or "part-time" with the number of hours worked per week to ensure proper crediting of specialized experience. Failure to adequately provide information needed to determine number of hours worked in each position may result in that time not being credited when evaluating qualifying experience. For periods of time that reflect military service, the DD-214 or Statement of Service is sufficient to meet the full and/or part-time hours requirement as the service dates will be reflected. Related coursework must be in illustrative design, commercial art, fine arts, industrial design, architecture, drafting, interior design, or other fields related to the position. You must include transcripts. -OR- Combination: Successful completion of a combination of graduate education* and experience as described above. To combine experience and education, divide the total months of full-time experience by 12. Then divide the number of completed graduate education credits/semester hours beyond the second year by 18 (27 quarter hours). When the two percentages are added together, the total must equal at least 100 percent to qualify. *Only education in excess of the first 2 years of graduate level (36 semester hours) work is creditable. You must include hours per week and transcripts.
