Real Estate Broker Expert

Licensed real estate brokers can use their transaction experience to build evaluation material for AI systems. The role suits practitioners who know contracts and disclosure rules well and can explain their decisions in writing. The work is for an AI training company that supplies expert data to major AI labs.

What you'll do

• Write lifelike deal scenarios that cover every stage, from listing to closing
• Prepare model answers that explain the contract and market logic behind each step
• Review AI responses for correctness and for adherence to agency and disclosure requirements
• Point out responses that sound reasonable but would violate a broker's obligations

What you'll need

• An active broker license in any US state
• Two or more years handling residential or commercial transactions
• A solid command of contracts, disclosures, agency duties and negotiation
• Strong written English
• Managing broker experience, licenses in more than one state, or both residential and commercial work is a plus

Good to know

• Independent contractor engagement, fully remote and asynchronous
• Pay ranges from $80 to $120 per hour depending on experience and is paid weekly
• A commitment of at least 10 hours a week is expected, with no upper limit
• Hiring includes a resume review and may include a written assessment
