PROGRAM ANALYST

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the MARINE CORPS PETROLEUM OFFICE of MARCORPS NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION Initial consideration for this announcement is limited to the number of applications listed at the top of this announcement. Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Conducting petroleum logistics, fuel accounting, inventory management OR fuel management policies related to working capital funds; OR utilizing automated petroleum systems; OR developing, interpreting OR implementing policies, plans OR procedures for major program activities while managing complex projects; AND building relationships with high-level stakeholders, government emergency agencies OR private industry partners.
