Mission Support Specialist

Organizational Location: These positions are located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Homeland Security Investigations, in various locations. Salary: The salary range indicated in this announcement will be adjusted to include locality payment for selected duty location. Specialized Experience: GS-13: Applicant must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-12 level in the Federal service that included all of the following experience: Managing and overseeing a wide variety of administrative and management services essential to the operations of the office; Conducting or participating in the evaluation of administrative programs, systems and methods to identify ways to improve service efficiency and effectiveness; and, Providing authoritative advice, assistance, and guidance to supervisors, managers, and employees on complex and sensitive issues.
