HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT AND PLACEMENT)

You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment & Placement) of NAVFAC OSF.

Qualifications

GS-12 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties 1) Executing routine recruitment, reassignment and other personnel actions in accordance with federal laws, policies, rules and regulations; 2) Providing advice and guidance to management regarding recruitment, hiring, compensation, and retention strategies; and 3) Resolving problems, answering questions and providing guidance to employees and management on routine recruitment, staffing, and compensation, issues utilizing human resource tools and systems . GS-13 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Executing recruitment, reassignment and other personnel actions in accordance with federal laws, policies, rules and regulations; 2) Providing strategic advice and guidance to management regarding recruitment, hiring, compensation, and retention strategies; and 3) Resolving problems, answering questions and providing guidance to employees and management on complex recruitment, staffing, compensation, workforce shaping issues utilizing human resource tools and systems.
