Loki Robotics' mission is to 10x the physical services economy through robotics and physical AI. We build, deploy and operate expert robots with unique capabilities to automate commercial facility services at scale. We believe emergent capabilities in physical AI are unlocked by taking a straight shot to useful, performant robots deployed in the real world. Your role

The largest facility services providers in the world are adopting physical AI with us. As GTM lead, you’ll be turning that demand into the commercial engine behind Loki’s growth. You’ll run enterprise sales, close and grow the biggest accounts, and build the team and process around it to scale.

What you will be doing

• Work a pipeline of facility services providers and operators that is larger than our current team can serve, and decide where to focus
• Close enterprise contracts yourself, from first meeting to signature
• Grow accounts from a first deployment to rollouts across customers’ entire portfolio
• Build Loki’s sales engine: qualification, demos, closing, and handover to deployment operations
• Work closely with product and engineering to bring customer insights back to product development
• Hire and lead the sales, account management and customer success teams as the engine scales

What you should have

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, at least 3 of them closing deals yourself
• You’ve been one of the first commercial hires at an early-stage company and helped take it from founder-led sales to a team that sells independently
• You've sold into large enterprises with multi-stakeholder deals, where the buyers are across operations, procurement and the C-suite
• You come from a company selling physical products, hardware, automation or industrial technology into operations-heavy industries; robotics or facility services is a strong plus
• You can operate without a playbook, existing sales team or a defined territory
• Excellent communication in English; German, Italian or French is a plus
