Protecting European society from cyber threats
NVISO brings together a team of cybersecurity professionals focused on doing things differently. Our mission is to protect European society from potentially devastating cyber attacks by providing private and governmental organizations with services designed to prevent, detect, and respond to security incidents. Everything we do is guided by four core values: we are proud, we break barriers, we care, and we maintain a straightforward, no-nonsense approach.
What you will do
As a Cybersecurity Project Manager, you will take ownership of client-facing cybersecurity initiatives from inception through delivery, coordinating technical resources and keeping stakeholders aligned. You will manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring that our incident prevention, detection, and response services meet the highest standards of quality.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience managing complex technology or cybersecurity projects in client-facing environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
- A collaborative mindset that aligns with our core values of care and directness.
Your benefits
- Stay active with our sport membership.
- Commute easily using our public transportation benefits.
- Maintain a healthy work-life balance with home office options and flexible working hours.
- Develop your expertise through career training, mentoring sessions, and our internal mobility program.
- Work comfortably with a company laptop and company cellphone provided.
- Connect with colleagues during casual dress code days and team events and social activities.
- Enjoy 30 vacation days per year during your permanent employment.
Compensation
The annual salary for this permanent role ranges from EUR 70,000 to EUR 100,000 per year.
Your first months at NVISO
During your initial months, you will integrate into our Frankfurt office and take charge of ongoing project streams, collaborating closely with our technical specialists. You will quickly learn our delivery methodologies and begin leading key client engagements. If you match most of these requirements and are eager to contribute to our mission, we encourage you to apply.
