Key Responsibilities

• **Conduct counseling sessions addressing emotional, academic, and personal concerns

• Developskill-based counseling programs and psychoeducational resources**

• Assist in designing workshops and mental health awareness initiatives

• Support the development of structured mental health content and resources

• Engage in outreach activities aimed at promoting psychological well-being

• Optionally contribute to**educational or faculty roles in psychology training programs

Requirements

• Strong counseling and communication skills

• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients

• Empathy, active listening, and emotional sensitivity

• Ability to design psychoeducational and skill-based interventions

• Comfort in conducting online counseling sessions
