BI and Data Visualization Expert

Analysts who build dashboards can apply their BI expertise to evaluating AI models in this contract role. The work involves designing realistic reporting scenarios and judging how well models handle them, so it suits experienced practitioners who can explain their analytical choices in writing. The role is with an AI evaluation data company that supplies expert data to major AI labs.

What you'll do

• Create end-to-end BI scenarios covering data modeling, dashboard construction and rollout
• Produce model answers that explain your chart and metric choices
• Review AI-generated work for analytical correctness and honest visual design
• Point out dashboards that look clean yet give a misleading picture

What you'll need

• Two or more years of professional BI or analytics work
• Deep working skill in Tableau, Power BI or Looker
• Solid SQL for checking the data that feeds a dashboard
• Clear written English
• Nice to have: Tableau Desktop Specialist or Microsoft PL-300 certification, LookML or dbt experience, and stakeholder reporting

Good to know

• Independent contractor role, fully remote and asynchronous, with no fixed schedule
• Pay ranges from $50 to $90 per hour based on experience, with weekly payouts
• You commit to a minimum of 10 hours weekly and can scale up as you choose
