The Office of the United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut is seeking applications for an Assistant United States Attorney to serve in the Criminal Division. The individual chosen will investigate and prosecute cases involving illegal immigration (both criminal and civil) and drug trafficking. This position is located in New Haven with the possibility of transfer to the Bridgeport or Hartford offices if circumstances permit.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications: Applicants should have excellent writing and oral communication skills, strong character, dedication, work ethic, and the ability to work well with others and independently. Required Qualifications: Applicants must possess a J.D. Degree and be an active member of the bar (any U.S. jurisdiction). United States citizenship is required. Proof of active bar membership is required. You must meet all qualification requirements upon the closing date of this announcement.
