Job Overview

We are looking for an experiencedAdobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Specialistwith strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer, AJO Orchestrated Campaigns, and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

The ideal candidate should have experience designing and implementing customer journeys, orchestrated campaigns, audience segmentation, personalization, and omnichannel customer engagement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and manage customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Develop and manage campaigns using AJO Orchestrated Campaign capabilities.
Configure XDM schemas, datasets, and identity namespaces for AJO implementations.
Build event-triggered and scheduled campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other channels.
Create and manage audience segments using Adobe Experience Platform.
Configure journey conditions, branching logic, wait activities, and entry criteria.
Work with AEP schemas, datasets, identities, and Real-Time Customer Profile.
Implement personalization using customer profile attributes, event data, and dynamic content.
Develop and troubleshoot message templates, content fragments, and decisioning rules.
Configure data sources, events, and actions for journey orchestration.
Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot delivery issues, and optimize customer engagement.
Collaborate with marketing, data engineering, and business teams to deliver customer experience solutions.

Mandatory Skills

8+ years of overall experience.

• Strong hands-on experience withAdobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

• Hands-on experience withAJO Orchestrated Campaigns.

• Good knowledge ofAdobe Experience Platform (AEP).

• Understanding of Real-Time Customer Profile, XDM schemas, datasets, and identity namespaces.

• Experience in audience segmentation and journey orchestration.

• Knowledge of email delivery, personalization, and campaign execution.

• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, JSON, and data integration.

• Understanding of consent management, data governance, and privacy requirements.

Candidate Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Must be available to join within 0–30 days.
Comfortable working remotely from anywhere in India.
