About the Role

You’ll play a key role in supporting demand generation efforts by managing and optimizing the marketing technology stack. You’ll ensure seamless data flow between systems, accurate campaign tracking, and reporting—empowering the marketing team to operate with precision and impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage & Optimize MarTech Platforms: In conjunction with the sales enablement teams, oversee the daily operation, integration, and optimization of marketing technology platforms, including HubSpot, Clay, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, social media platforms, and more.

• Campaign Tracking & Implementation: Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot campaign tracking to ensure accurate attribution, lead capture, and performance measurement.

• Data Flow & Integration: Ensure seamless data fl ow between marketing platforms and CRM systems, maintaining data integrity and supporting lead management processes.

• Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track campaign effectiveness, marketing KPIs, and operational effi ciency.

• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements that streamline marketing operations and enhance team productivity.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to align technology use with business goals and campaign needs.

• Compliance & Best Practices: Stay current on data privacy regulations and marketing technology

Role Requirements

• 3-5+ years in marketing operations, marketing automation, or related fi eld, preferably in an agency or B2B environment.

• Advanced experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager is required.

• Familiarity with CRM integrations, lead scoring, and workfl ow automation is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.

• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
