About the Position: Recruitment/Relocation/Retention incentive may be requested through management and may be authorized up to 25% of base salary per year to be paid bi-weekly for a period of service up to 24 Months.

Specialized experience : one year of specialized experience which includes developing and analyzing transportation contingency, mobilization, or deployment plans (such as OPLANs, CONPLANs, or TPFDD); 2) Utilizing automated transportation and command-and-control systems (such as GATES, IBS, iSDDC, TC-AIMS, GCCS, or JOPES/JPES) to track, validate, and manage military cargo movements. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
