Qualifications

Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Progressively responsible experience, including supervisory or managerial experience. Must have exceptional communication and people skills in customer service and problem resolution and be able to supervise the work of others. A two (2) year degree (AA) with a major emphasis in hospitality management or closely related field may be substitute for some of the requiredexperience. Experience in attraction sales and guest services is desirable.
