The incumbent will serve as Assistant Director for the Reasonable Accommodation and Veterans Employment Programs within the Resolution Management Staff, Justice Management Division. The position directs a department wide staff function responsible for management analysis, program evaluation, policy development, strategic planning, oversight, and continuous improvement of the components programs involving reasonable accommodation,

Qualifications

To qualify for the position of Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, at GS-0343-15, you must meet the specialized experience statement listed below. For the GS-15: Specialized Experience: For the GS-15, you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service which demonstrates planning, directing and implementing the establishment of goals or initiatives for a program. You MUST meet all qualification requirements, including time-in-grade, by the 11/10/2026 of this announcement.
