Sales Development Representative

About the Role

Join the go-to-market team at a Series A HR technology company and help build its outbound sales engine. You will connect with HR, Finance, and executive leaders at multinational businesses, helping grow a modern employee benefits platform.

What You'll Do

• Generate top-of-funnel pipeline and aim to book approximately 10 qualified meetings per month.
• Reach enterprise prospects through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and creative outbound campaigns.
• Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and support effective handoffs.
• Use AI tools and modern sales technology to automate manual tasks and increase outreach effectiveness.
• Share prospect feedback and market insights with Product and Leadership to inform positioning and go-to-market strategy.

What We're Looking For

• One to three years of outbound BDR or SDR experience selling HR technology in a B2B SaaS environment.
• A record of achieving or exceeding quota, ideally at a high-growth startup from Seed through Series C.
• Confident cold-calling skills and experience engaging senior HR, Finance, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and ChatGPT or other AI tools for sales workflows.
• Experience working in a hybrid team environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is £40,000 to £43,000 per year. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

Hybrid role based in London, United Kingdom, with two to three days per week in the office.
