PROGRAM MANAGER

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-03 (GS-13 Equivalent), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector directing complex studies (concurrently or in sequence) that identify ways to improve effectiveness of work methods, procedures, organizations, manpower allocation, distribution of work assignments, delegations of authority, management controls, information and documentation systems, and similar functions to support combat systems equipment integration, strategic program management, and oversight of complex facility operations and sustainment. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
