THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY), Position Description Number T6371000 and is part of the ME DCSPER, National Guard.

Qualifications

GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experiences gained through military or civilian technical training schools, within the human resources business programs, are included as general experience qualifications. An applicant must have a validated understanding of the basic principles and concepts of the occupational series and grade. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Specialized experience factors encompass human resources program's business competencies, ability to utilize HR IT Systems such as but not limited to: Guard Incentive Management Systems (GIMS), IPPS-A and IPERMS, ability to analyze HR policies and guidelines, familiarity with the subject matter or processes used in human resources programs associated with DoD, U.S. Army, or U.S. Air Force.
