FUL - Maintenance Worker

This position is for a Maintenance Worker, WG-4749-08, for the Department of the Interior, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Kenai National Wildlife Reserve, SOLDOTNA, ALASKA. You may be required to work on-call, evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime and shift work. Salary Range Information (Per Hour): The pay range is $36.82 to $42.98 per hour. *First time hires to the federal government typically start at the beginning salary in the range for their respective grade level.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you must have sufficient knowledge and ability in the following job-related factors: ABILITY TO DO THE WORK OF MAINTENANCE WORKER WITHOUT MORE THAN NORMAL SUPERVISION. (SCREEN OUT) ABILITY TO POSSESS AND MAINTAIN A VALID CLASS A COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S LICENSE (CDL). (SCREEN OUT) Operation of Motor Vehicles Knowledge of Equipment Assembly, Installation, Repair, etc. Use of Measuring Instruments Ability To Use and Maintain Tools and Equipment Ability To Interpret Instructions, Specification, etc. (includes blueprint reading) If your knowledge and ability in the SCREEN OUT factor above is not sufficient, you will receive no further consideration.
