This position is part of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. The incumbent will lead facility project planning and cradle-to-grave project management in support of DTRA objectives.
Qualifications
You may qualify at the GS-14, if you fulfill the following qualifications: A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service: Managing or providing oversight of the design, approval, or construction of layouts and facilities (particularly those housing CBRNE materials) Serving as a project manager or technical expert for facility acquisition, renovation, or construction projects (including reviewing contractor designs, developing cost estimates, administering contracts or work orders, reviewing real estate leases) Conducting studies to determine office or warehouse space requirements and tenant improvements Leading a team by identifying, distributing, or balancing workloads and tasks according to skill level or priorities to ensure timely completion of projects.
