This is a remote position.

We’re hiring someone who knows Autotask inside and out—especially the admin/config side. If you’ve been a Service Coordinator, Service Manager, or Engineer at an MSP and want to work on the vendor side for once, this is your shot. You’ll join our Customer Success team Giant Rocketship, helping MSPs get real value out of Rocketship (our Autotask automation platform). You’ll work directly with customers to guide onboarding, streamline their setup, and answer the tough Autotask questions they can’t Google. If you've been itching to help MSPs at scale—and skip the 100-tickets-a-day pace—this might be the right next move.

Requirements

Must have:

  • Deep hands-on Autotask PSA experience
  • Strong admin-level knowledge of queues, workflows, user setup, etc.
  • Real-world MSP experience (you’ve lived the ticket grind)

Nice to have:

  • Experience with project onboarding or support
  • A calm, helpful attitude (our customers are busy people)
