PROGRAM COORDINATOR (ASST ORDERING OFFICER)

You will serve as a PROGRAM COORDINATOR (ASST ORDERING OFFICER) in the OFFICE OF THE JUDGE ADVOCATE GENERAL of NLSC.

Qualifications

GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assisting with reviewing and amending work efforts to ensure optimum resource utilization; 2) Determining the appropriate procedures to obtain goods and services that will fulfill the requirements, meet the delivery schedule, obtain a fair price, conform to acquisition regulations and/or advise customers on the status of the purchase; 3) Tracking procurement actions to ensure timely and complete delivery of materials and supplies to respective activities; 4) Conducting periodic reviews for the purpose of closing out the outstanding purchase/delivery orders; and 5) Purchasing supplies, equipment, and/or services in accordance with applicable rules and regulations. GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assisting with reviewing work efforts to ensure optimum resource utilization; 2) Aiding in determining the appropriate procedures to obtain goods and services that will fulfill the requirements, meet the delivery schedule, obtain a fair price, or conform to acquisition regulations; 3) Tracking procurement actions to ensure timely and complete delivery of materials and supplies to respective activities; 4) Conducting periodic reviews for the purpose of closing out the outstanding purchase/delivery orders; and 5) Assisting with purchasing supplies, equipment, or services in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
