PROGRAM ANALYST

You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Research & Development Group, Weapons & Warfare Systems Test Dept of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band (DA-04) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to most of the following: 1) Ability to assign tasks for test team; 2) Familiarity with Military Aircraft operational requirements; developing the components of test plans; creating and maintaining budgets, schedules, and products for Test and Evaluation; 3) Demonstrating experience with collecting, processing, analyzing, evaluating, reporting, and presenting data and results; 4) Demonstrating experience with planning missions alongside aircrew for test events, to assist and evaluate Military Aircraft capabilities; 5) Strong technical writing, oral communication, and presentation skills.
