Human Resources Assistant

About the position: This position will be a Human Resources Assistant assigned to NAF Human Resources at Minot AFB, ND. This is a REGULAR PART-TIME (RFT) position. 20-34 hours are guaranteed each week. Employees are eligible to use the fitness center, golf course, bowling center, clubs, and swimming pool.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Experience interpreting and applying NAF HR rules, regulations, and procedures in accomplishment of clerical/administrative work; utilizing recruitment tools in hiring personnel (i.e., generating job postings, job fairs, or equivalent); advising on routine recruitment strategies; troubleshooting and resolving personnel system and software issues. Experience in processing a variety of personnel actions. Experience in utilizing office automation software (MS Windows, MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Excel).
