HOUSING MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: coordinating all check-ins and check-outs necessary to monitor occupancy and vacancies of occupants in housing units AND assisting with developing, evaluating, and making recommendations to management on plans and program management strategies concerning housing policy, servicing guidelines, and departmental requirements.
