CYS Program Associate Technology Lab NF-03

This Part-Time position is with the School Age Center at the Rock Island Arsenal in Rock Island, Illinois. Eligible applicants who apply by 05 November may be sent first for consideration. Morale Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Child and Youth Services (CYS) Employee Childcare Fee applicable to employees working at least 15 hours per week: First Child: 100% childcare fee discount (all CYS employees) Second and Subsequent Child: 25% childcare fee discount (all CYS employees)

Qualifications

Eligible applicants who apply by 05 November may be sent first for consideration. Additional referrals will be sent at management's request. Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should not include photos. To be found eligible, resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and abilities as they pertain to the qualifications listed below. A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. Be able to communicate in English (verbal and written) 2. Be 18 years of age at time of employment. 3. Possess and maintain ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs, walk, bend, stoop, and stand on a routine basis. 4. Possess and maintain health and freedom from communicable disease. 5. Possess knowledge and demonstrated skill in Microsoft Windows and Applications using the Internet (email, searching, web page design) and network computing. 6. Possess a professional certificate or higher related to computer science/information technology, or 24 months of experience working in the related field.
