Qualifications

Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. Applicant must be able to follow simple oral instructions and use hand or light weight powered cleaning tools and equipment as described which generally require no prior training or previous work experience. 2. Must have the ability to follow instructions and read signs. 3. Must be able to remove different kinds of stains from a wide variety of surfaces. 4. Must be able to troubleshoot, make adjustments, and perform minor repair and maintenance of equipment.
