Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Three years¿ experience that demonstrates knowledge of automotive mechanics, automotive troubleshooting or auto body repair and welding and safety procedures to be able to instruct participants in the program being administered. Must have the ability to maintain financial records and budget. Knowledge of retail business practices. Knowledge of the methods for promoting programs and responsible administrative, professional and technical work requiring knowledge of operating an automotive skills development center. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing. Experience, which demonstrates knowledge of general mechanical experience, mechanical management, trades work and oversight of a hobby skills development center. This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs may be required.
