TOOLS AND PARTS ATTENDANT

About the position: This position is assigned to the Arts & Crafts facility of the 6th Force Support Squadron Community Service Flight, MacDill AFB, FL. Must be able to stand, stoop, bend and work in tiring and uncomfortable positions. Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally handle objects weighing up to 40 pounds.

Qualifying Experience: Must have experience which demonstrates knowledge of a wide variety of automotive tools and parts; good work shop practices to include setting up and maintaining a neat, well organized and secure storage area; inventory procedures and records maintenance. In addition, must have experience working with patrons providing quality customer service. Must be able to follow written and/or oral instruction, make simple mathematical computations and be able to follow cash handling procedures.
