Support Services Supervisor NF-04

Qualifications

Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Knowledge and understanding of support services principles, practices, methods, and techniques required for the provision of a comprehensive support services essential to the operation of an organization. Candidates must have progressively responsible work experience that includes a practical application of the above described or related work experience. Demonstrated work experience must be equivalent to at least the next lower pay level. Must have knowledge of military administrative management policy and procedures. Must be able to communicate in a clear, concise, and grammatically correct manner and be able to write clearly and concisely. Must know how to design and manage recurring reports and create and manage electronic databases. Highly Preferred Criteria: Highly preferred candidates will be referred to management first. In addition to meeting the above qualifications, highly preferred is defined as also meeting ALL of the criteria listed below: Two (2) or more years of Office Manager, Executive Officer, Operations Officer or similar position experience wherein the applicant gained experience managing workflow, calendars and correspondence of Directorate or higher-level communications. Two (2) or more years experience supervising a team of office/administrative personnel of 3 or more staff. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite programs and Microsoft Teams. A minimum of 3 professional References is required at time of application.
