This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Air Force Services Center at Port San Antonio, TX. This is a regular full-time category position with guaranteed 40 hrs. per week. Employees appointed to a regular category position are eligible for benefits.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: This position requires progressive technical work involving advanced electronic principles and/or their application to the installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, calibration, modification, and repair of complex electronic and electromechanical systems. Must have comprehensive knowledge or experience demonstrating electronic gaming equipment or associated systems, to include slot machines, surveillance interfaces, communication equipment or network connected devices. Mut have experience in interpreting schematics, wiring and logic diagrams, technical manuals, engineering specifications and/or diagnostic software. The incumbent must demonstrate knowledge in using electronic testing equipment and advanced diagnostic techniques. Required to develop and present technical training; prepare technical documentation and reports; and provide authoritative technical guidance to management, technicians, contractors, and manufacturers. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas: Demonstrate knowledge in using electronic testing equipment and advanced diagnostic techniques. Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, software applications and/or related technologies is highly desired. Must have the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
