PROGRAM MANAGER

You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the Systems Acquisition Group (SAG) of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV. The incumbent of this position serves as the Director for Workforce Development within the SAG. The primary function of this position is to plan, manage and integrate group/department level efforts as directly related to workforce assessment and developmental programs.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-13) grade level or pay band (DA-06) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Leading complex workforce or professional development programs within a technical, scientific, or defense organization; 2) Managing human capital strategies, such as recruiting, development, deployment, and retention; 3) Employing quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess workforce metrics and address skill gaps; 4) Demonstrating effective collaboration with senior leadership to align workforce initiatives with organizational objectives; and 5) Establishing effective partnerships across various levels.
