The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct operational assistance to the Community Support Program (CSP) Food & Beverage Facility Operation Manager. This position is located in the Community Support Program, Dining Services.

Qualifications

Experience is required in an office environment with progressive responsibilities or related education. Knowledge and understanding of applicable regulations, policies, principles, and procedures. Must have ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and to provide work direction to other employees. Must have ability to use initiative, discretion, and independent judgment in making decisions. Must be people-orientated and have an excellent sense of customer relations. Must possess a courteous, tactful and diplomatic demeanor. Skill in computer data entry is desired and must have knowledge of software applications such as but not limited to Word and Excel.
