Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Conducting risk or self-assessments for a weapons system to meet mission critical goals/objectives; managing the planning, research and development, design, or life-cycle of a complex weapons system acquisition program; or conducting continuous improvement assessments, approaches, processes, tools and application (i.e. Lean Six Sigma).
