Qualifications

To qualify at the GS-05 grade level, your resume must demonstrate at least three (3) years of general experience that includes one (1) year of experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-04). Examples of general experience include performing the following types of tasks on a regular basis. Providing administrative and clerical support in an office environment. Reviewing and processing applications, forms, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness. Responding to customer inquiries and providing information regarding established procedures and services. Coordinating appointments, inspections, and administrative activities. Entering, retrieving, and compiling data to support reporting and program operations. OR Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree, in an accredited college or university; OR A combination of experience equivalent to the GS-04 level.
